The new regulations about the emission of chlorinated solvent have taken to develop these new CK vacuum machines serie that works with hydrocarbon solvent without any problem of external emission.
These solvents are biodegradable and nontoxic for aquatic life. They have no harmful effect on the ozone layer they have a low vapour pressure. The disposal of distillation waste is qualified as special waste and not as toxic/harmful.
The system is formed in monobloc by a single horizontal cylindrical cleaning chamber with a longitudinal axis rotary structure located on the inside , 1 or 2 solvent’s tank and one vacuum solvent’s distiller. The rotary structure, inside the cleaning chamber, has a frontal disc with an aperture to allow baskets loading and unloading, and it is usually supported as an overhang by its own transmission shaft. The rotary movement is transferred to the structure by means of a motorised transfer box which is powered by a shaft connected to the structure by the rear disc. The machine allow the following operative choices:
• without rotation
• basculating
• slow rotation
• mixed rotation |
On the machine there is olso a vacuum solvent distiller that have 2 main functions:
• Allows to have a closed circuit equipment
• Allows to clean or rinse with fresh solvent
The complete treatment usually takes place as follows:
• Cleaning under vacuum
• Rinsing by solvent or solvent’s vapours
• Vacuum drying
During the working cycle all these components work under a local controlled vacuum. The machine is controlled by a PLC monitored by graphic touch pannel display.
In addition it’s possible to have these optionals:
Automatic loading and unloading system: this device allows the machine to work without operator. It’s composed by a loading store where the baskets to be cleaned are stocked and an unloading store where the cleaned baskets are stocked. It’s possible olso to have a reverser.
Ultrasounds: for very special requirements it’s possible to put ultrasound power in the cleaning chamber. Due to the 110mb absolute pressure inside the chamber, the ultrasound effectiveness is very hight.
Special filtrations: it’s possible to install special filtration on the sprying circuit of the machine. This system allows to spry filtered solvent on the parts to be cleaned.
Teleservice: it’s possible to install a modem that allows the remote control of the machine (in order to help the assistance) or in order to send SMS about the machine state.
Automatic door: the loading/unloading door can be manual or automatic. The automatic one is strongly suggested if , in a future, the castomer could install an automatic loading/unloading system.
Frontal elevators: in order to help the loading/unloading operations, it’s possible to install a pneumatical elevator.
