Several devices can be installed on our machines, in order to facilitate operation or reduce the machine exhaust. For this reason, Ceever can supply:

Product dosing systems
These systems consist of one or more tanks and one or more product dosing pumps. The pump controlled through time algorithms or through algorithms based on sensors directly plunged into the bath to be checked.

Automatic filling-up systems
These automatic systems shall keep the liquid levels constant inside the machine’s tanks. As a rule they consist of a differential level sensor that controls one or more automatic valves or pumps.

Water distillers
The exhaust problem is serious and must be faced by whoever uses processing machines. Apart from typical filtering devices, water distillation systems can be installed that make it possible to obtain a process during which the waste water is continuously re-used in a closed circuit.

Solvent distillers
Distillation is the only effective method adopted to preserve solvents over time. Ceever can supply also a series of vacuum distillers.

Chip removers
Chip removers are designed to remove the chips deriving from any processes and/or treatments. They can be equipped with belt, magnetic or rotary vane conveyors.

De-oilers
Several types of de-oilers are available according to any requirements: belt or touch de-oilers (that are more effective), with an external separation compartment. Standard versions are available, although customized de-oilers can be manufactured.

Additional tanks
Additional tanks are manufactured on demand and are equipped with transfer pumps, heating systems and settling vessels.

Ultrasoundsi
Ultrasonic systems can be installed inside the washing chamber for any special requirements. Immersion ultrasound generators and transducers are supplied on demand.
